He goes by the name Babalola Olawale George , some call him Fabs, others call him Fabspoons, but i call him Bros Walenut.  He is one versatile gentle looking young man, whose face might not been known but, his works are exquisite and, the talk of the town. He is a man of little word, but effective actions. He is the brain behind most made names we hear of today, so i think it is high time his face gets know. Micheal Irabor , of KINGGS BLOG  after a long time of sweet talking him to grant us an interview, finally got the chance to have a brief chat with the gentleman, He shared with us his love for cooking, and how he intends taking it professionally. A brief introduction about your self. 

My Names are Babalola Olawale George from a family of two boys.  Born and breed in Lagos,  did all my schooling in Lagos Nigeria. I studied home economics education in the University of Lagos 'Unilag'

What does it take to be a good cook? 
 To be a good cook you most be ready to deliver good food at all times 

How did the name Fabspoons come into existence? 
 Fabspoons came from  my  childhood friends who knew me for my  cooking skills.  I still remember the  day that name came into existence. It's a long story anyways,  Fabspoons has been my  nickname  for 15years,  till now people don't even call me wale anymore it's fab or Fabspoons lol...

 When did you decide to take your cooking skills to the next level,  and what promoted that idea?
 For me,   taking my cooking skills to the  next level was a long time dream,  and a strong desire to  cook for selected people who are ready to enjoy what  cooking good  food really is.  This days you get to eat a lot of low standard food for high prices,  and that is really unfair, and shouldn't be.  So I decided to come out and make people know,  and understand what a good meal is.  And also ensure people get properly prepared meal for any amount. This is why I now do what I do,  and it is also what keeps me pushing.

Before now, what have you been into? 
I have  been into entertainment till now.  I manager Denrele Edun ,  and also promote musical artists,  likes of flossick,  Dammy krane ,Shuledee ,  w4,  our late Goldie,   and many more.

So far,  how many catering jobs have you done? 
I really can't count the amount of Catherine jobs I have done.  I have done jobs for big companies like first bank stock exchange, . Agencies,  individuals,  more of corporate bodies basically.  

 What class of people are your catering services for? 
I don't have any class for people I cook for,   i  basically cook for both the  high,  Middle,  and low class people. 

What are the basic challenges you face as a caterer? 
Most time the challenge we face is  getting good products to buy when ever they are not in season. 

Do you have special delicacies people don't know about? 
Well,  the ofada sauce, and curries i make, are special, unique, are the best of their kind..

What else do you do asides catering? 
Aside for catering and managing Denrele  Edun,  i also run a record label called moods & colors which we have  one artiste signed on it.  I also run a booking,  and PR agncies for artists
