CANDIDADTES ADDED TO SUBSTITUTE NON-QUALIFIED APPLICANTS OF BAGO FOUNDATION'S 1,000 FREE JAMB FORMS AND REGISTRATION

As we come closer to the end of the registration process for year 2020 Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB)
Unified Tertiary Matriculation  Examination (UTME) slated for 17th February 2020, Hon. Mohammed Umar Bago has authorised that the 1,000 Free JAMB opportunities opened under the Bago Foundation should be completed for 1,000 young beneficiaries as declared earlier.

It will be recalled that BAGO Foundation issued out 1,000 Free JAMB Template forms for young beneficiaries across the 11 wards and neighboring communities of Chanchaga Federal Constituency of Niger state, the timeline for submission of forms and screening birthed 866 qualified candidates.

The 866 qualified candidates got their registration pin with enthusiasm at Bago Foundation Office on Tuesday 4th February 2020, where established and coordinated arrangement was made with two JAMB Accreditation CBT Registration Centres ;

1. JAMB Zonal Office CBT Centre, 3 Arms Zone, Maitumbi, Minna.

2. Federal University of Tech. CBT Centre, Gidan Kwano, Minna.

The beneficiaries were allocated to their registration centres according to their political wards and communities, and these ensured more relief in thumb-printing and timely  completion of their registration.

The 144 Not-Qualified Applicants fall under the categories of Awaiting Result, Deficiency in O'Level and Late Submission of Forms. In his magnanimity as a man that walk his talk, Hon. Mohammed Umar Bago has directed that the late forms be reconsidered for immediate registration and also make up the 1,000 Free JAMB Beneficiaries for Year 2020(Stream 14).

BAGO Foundation is committed to doing what is institutionalised that people can take value from, towards human and community development.
