“LONE” 

Synopsis  :- “LONE” derived from the word “LONELY”, is a short film on depression

and how sometimes, it makes us unconscious of our actions and environment. Leila, a lady in her mid-20 has just been denied admission and coincidentally, her boyfriend ends their relationship. She is lonely and needs someone to talk to for she is under so much pressure. Her mother is bitter over her admission denial which has almost become a norm as she has been denied admissions for six years.  After being denied attention by her estranged boyfriend, Mother and her friend, she decides to commit suicide. In an attempt to commit suicide, her boyfriend arrives and just when she hurriedly attempts to go open the door for him, she slumps as a result of the wash basin tap she had unconsciously left running. She dies.
