AMO CEO MUBARRAQ OLOLADE TO BE DRAGGED TO COURT BY ELETU OVER BEACH OF CONTRACT
The battle line is drawn between Eletu and the management of Amo music over breach of contract and unpaid depth.
The artist, Uchay was signed unto Amo Music Label through Eletu back in 2016. Da blaze is also an artist initially signed unto Amo Music through Eletu.
The contract was signed last year march with agreement to shoot a music video, promote, pay allowances, provide a car and house for artiste. The agreement also included that wardrobe allowance be given to the manager(Eletu) and ever since the contract was signed, nothing has been remitted.
However, just a song has been recorded by the artiste with a video having no promotion at all.
According to Eletu, he(Eletu) used his fund for a trip with one of the label's artiste (Uchay) in Sept 2016, with a promise that it will be paid back. Till date, that money has not been paid.
Every attempt to reach Amo CEO, Mubarraq Ololade has been abortive.
According to Eletu, Amo's CEO went as far as blocking him on whatsapp and also barred his line from reaching him.
According to Eletu, the management tricked him, by saying ATM swallowed his card.
ELETU went as far as saying, Amo CEO, Mubarraq Ololade paid 5 thousand Naira, two months ago, out of the 33 thousand Nair he owes Eletu since Sept 2017, for the said trip. A letter waa sent to his old apartment by Eletu's lawyer but Mubarraq Ololade claimed he moved to an unidentified location in Ikorodu, thereby running away and not appearing In court but still comes around the vicinity Beni Hotels on Broad street, Lagos island where the contract was signed.
On several occasions Mr Eletu has spoken to him like a brother directly, and also through his cousin Brother, Habeeb Damilola Alabi who introduced Mr Eletu to him to disolve the contract amicably but Amo CEO, Mubarraq Ololade has refuse acknowledging the plead.
At this point, the artiste "Da Blaze" , Uchay and his Manger, Mr Eletu are fed up of Mr Mubarraq Ololade and his disputable act. The Aritise and Aritise Manger have now reached the conclusion of talking the bull, by its horn and taking legal actions.
