Veteran actress, film maker and incredibly looking Ronke Odusanya graces our time line today with her lovely pictures and untold stories about herself,  in an exclusive interview conducted by Kinggs Blog's Micheal Irabor. She shares tell us how acting started for her, how she handles rumors and so much more. Enjoy. 

As popular as you are,  there are certain things fans misunderstand or do not know about you. Kindly enlighten us about such things.
Well, the truth is most people don't know I'm an introvert and also that I would rather stay at home and cook than attend parties.

Take us back through memory lane,  how did acting all start for you and at what point did you decide to take it as a career?
Well, acting started for me just after I finished my under graduate course and since then it's bn a career and there's no going back

How would you define a skilled role interpreter?
 A skilled role interpreter has various meanings to different people but for me, ild say a skilled interpreter is one who can get into character from 0-100 in no time without issues

What's the secret of being as successful as you are in role interpretation?
I would  say the secret is God and determination

How long does it take you to fit into a movie character? 
Answer - Just about as short as it takes me to read and understand the script

What's the craziest thing a fan has ever done to you and how do you relate with your male fans who wants more than they can get?
I get to see a lot of crazy things happen daily from fans, but on a scale of 1-5, the craziest thing a fan has ever done to me has got to be trying to grab my body while I was at a function and the way I deal with most male fans who want more than they can get is to clarify them from the onset and leave no room for Oliver Twist like behaviors LOL..

What's the worst rumor you have heard about yourself and how were you able to get over it?
The sad thing is I don't even give space for rumors talkless of hearing any rumors.

What's your assessment on Nollywood,  would you say it's gradually approaching the level it ought to be,  or it still has a long way to go?
My assessment on Nollywood is that we have come too far and we've done well. However,  there's  still ample room for improvement as even Rome itself wasn't build in a day..

What do you think is the major challenge Nollywood faces, and how can it overcome?
Our biggest problem is piracy and the fact the most people undermine / underestimate the output and power of Nollywood meanwhile it is said to be our biggest entertainment revenue generator.

What's your take on piracy, do you see it as a curse or a blessing?  Any suggestions on how you think it can possibly be eradicated?
No one should ever see piracy as a blessing, piracy is a cancer that has eaten deep into the life and hard work of our entertainment industry and it's just sad that the whole idea of piracy limits the creativity of actors. I can't really say or give a suggestion on how to eradicate piracy as I'm sure thousands of people have thought of all ideas on trying to eradicate this epidemic disease called piracy..

What are you presently working on?
Currently,  I'm working on 2 movies which were produced by me,  titled "Oye (wisdom) and Flaky ijaya

Asides acting, what else are you specialized at?
I'm specialized at a couple more things. I have a company called Ronnies Ultimate venture which caters for various needs

If you were to be a fancy car  which would you rather be,  and why?
I would  rather be a rolls Royce, not everyone can afford it.. LOL

If given a fortune, what would you spend it on?
 I would spend it on helping those who aren't privileged to have a fortune
