Fun Time With kids, Courtesy Queen Victoria (MEGN Planet 2015)

It was indeed fun time for the kids at Agape Orphanage Home, Umuahia, Abia state yesterday May 28th 2016, as Queen Victoria Ibeabuchi ( MOST ELEGANT GIRL IN NIGERIA WORLD MISS PLANET 2015) kicks of her IVOP Campaign of putting smiles on the  faces of the less privileged. The kids at Agape Orphanage were very excited to celebrate this year's children's day with the lovely Queen Victoria and her crew with lots of gifts and food items, their presence alone meant alot to the kids as they kept asking when they will visit again.

According to Queen Victoria; She is kicking off her IVOP- IBEABUCHI Victoria ORPHANAGE PROJECT with this first visit. Every 60secs children become orphans. There are more than 100 million orphans world wide. There are an estimated 5million orphans in Nigeria alone and over 8,000 orphans in all southeastern states of Nigeria: Abia, Anambra, Ebonyi,Enugu and IMO.      
It's hard to grasp such large numbers of orphans in the country and south Eastern states of Nigeria. These children are hungry,hungry,lonely and afraid, they have holes in their clothes and shattered shoes (if they have clothes and shoes). IVOP vision is transform the lives of these abandoned children in the Southeast of Nigeria by taking them in,caring for them,clothing them,educating and showing them love. Most of these orphans who are less privilege are not going to school through out the year and have some basic needs such as;

        -Scholastic material provided to them
-Each child having a school uniform
-Having access to treatment
-Informed hygiene and sanitations among the children and guardians.
-Provided with essential support inform of blankets, bed sheets.
-Basic essential treatments of malaria, opportunistic infections, typhoid, and sleep in treated mosquito nets.
-support home livelihood conditions of poor mothers/guardians/poor women, elderly, and widows in the community through supporting local initiations i. e craft work,farming, and other ventures.
