Tell us a little about yourself. 

My name is Ridwan dolapo Showemimo,  A.K.A dolly Pizle. Am an Afro hip hop artist, who hails from Ogun State Nigeria, and from an Islamic background.  I am currently base in Newark,New Jersey. 

How did music all start for you, and when did you decide to go professional? 

I started music when I was in  high school way back, and  decide to go pro when I did my first collaboration with a friend (heedross). 

How many singles, any Album? 

I have 8 official singles, still working on an album. 

As an upcoming act, what are the challenges you face? 

I face lot of challenges like "he's not so good of a musician" ,some said I was wasting my time, but sticking  to what I like "Doing music"  and moving on has been my major source of inspiration. Mehn my life experience has been crazy.  Being on street trying to get to my dream destination,  while others look at me like "Where is he going to". 

Any role model?

My role model is sean tizzle.  Any day,  anytime.

From your point of view, who would you say is Nigeria's best male musician? 

I'd say the  best Nigerian male musician,  is Reminisce. 

What are you presently working on? 

Presently I am working on a single for my fans here in Yankee.

What A-list musician would you like to work with?  Locally, and internationally.

I would like to work with Drake, and Sean Tizzle.

What would you spend a fortune on if given? 

I Would spend it on My family,  and my musical career.

You were based in Nigeria, and use to record  here, how were you able to blend in the United States, and what challenges did you face?
Didn't really face any challenges here.  I would just say it's a favour from God.

How far are you willing to go with music?
The sky isn't even my limit. I am willing to go high in music.

You know about the parent thingy  it's not always easy but as the thing  dey go.
