What's the challenging aspect of you job!
As a brand consultant and event management solution personnel, the most challenging situations I face on  projects is how to get corporate sponsors or brand endorsement. It also balls down to financial constrain. thereby frustrating the entire project and if care is not taken one can be discouraged and may abandon or postpone  the project.
