It is good to know that there are young talented musician who has got better intentions for the Nigerian music industry other than making money. Meet the TEEKAZ.


Can we meet you?
We are Taiwo and Kehinde Kassim. Teekaz and Kenkaz (teekaz is aTaiwo and kenkaz is Kehinde) We are the KAZEZ (which is the plural  of the ending half of our nicks "kaz" and kaz which is from our surname KASSIM but with the letter Z to add a little bit of spice to it, to make it sound cooler)

When did u discovered you had music in you?
We were about 8 and we were in the hostel, we were in pry 3 then and we used to write special numbers so we could sing them in church every Sunday and people were always looking forward to it

When did you decide to take music serious?
We've always been serious about it. Since the very first day
*What kind of music do you do?
Rap

Chat inspires your lyrics?
Whatever  situation we're in. Our environment and sometimes its spiritually

As an upcoming act, what has been your grates challenge in the music industry?
Finance

What distinguishes you from other musicians?
First of all we're twins...we do literarily all genre of rap. We love the art that's why we do it so anything we do, we put all our best in it

What impact do you plan on making in the industry?
Changing the idea of people, letting them know that music is a thing of the soul, it is something that has to be from the heart. Letting people know the beauty of other music genres. Nigerians would not listen to your music if you are not sounding like wizkid, davido or olamide etc. We want to change people’s perception about RAP music.

Nigerian/African: MI abaga/vector
Foreign: Eminem

*What is that thing you look forward to music to help you achieve?
All of our dreams
If you were given a fortune, what would you spend it on?
First of all our family, church and  plan  to give back to the community as much as possible. And to the people that help when we were in need
