Tell us a little about your self.
My name Is Olawale code name:  Wazza, and this is my partner in Crime Gbenga, code name: Gito. We're a group, together we're "DIODE". We both in Medical school and to add, we come from the same state.

How did you guys meet, and how did this groups of your start?
We met in 2011 at akoka, University of Lagos, when we were both in 100level.And we started doing music together since that time.

When did u start music?
Wazza: Actually I've  been doing my thing quite a long time ago when I used to team up with friends in church then to do special numbers and stuff. We got the gifts, and praises. It was fun! GITO Rather it's a question of who told me. I was that little boy singing in the choir because all my friends were there, I rose to lead praises ahead of many. I didn't know why Until our last day in the choir when the Music Director told me: "boy you got something. Never stop singing. Well, here we are!

Define your kind kind of music.
Hip Pop, AfroPop, R&B,  with a touch of rap added to it. we're not limiting ourselves.

What inspires your kind of music?
God is our greatest inspiration..inspiration comes from things around us and Mostly things that relates to the general public, the streets, government, love, hardship and so on inspires the lyrics.

So how many singles have you?
Two singles for now.

What's are your aspiration in this music industry.
Well it is pretty simple,To set a standard for others to follow. Change the phase of d industry positively, and improve on wat has already been done. Basically to write our names in the sand of time.

What distinguishes you from other musicians?
Well, different artist with different calling..but its obvious. The talent sets us apart from others. Music isn't something that should be forced, it should come naturally. Another thing that i think sets us apart is the GINGER. also very key

What do you look forward to achieving from doing music.
Doing music is a dream already and succeeding in it is just gonna make us achieve a state of satisfaction..music for me is gonna be a pathway into other big things. like fashion for example. I am just gonna feel fulfilled doing music.

What are you working on presently?
A new track. That would be dropping soon.

Which Nigerian artiste do u look forward to collaborating with?
A lot!  Davido, wizkid, olamide, d'banj, 2 face and the list goes on, and on, and on...would love international collaboration too.

Who do u see as a role model in the industry?
They are quite much. Both male and female artist. The likes of D'banj, 2 face, wizkid, Don jazzy, tiwa savage,jay z, kendrick lamar and d list goes on and on and on.

What has been your major challenge as an upcoming act so far?
One of the greatest challenge is the competition in the music industry, especially if you are an upcoming artist,so many challenges on the way. ! How to break through in the industry is a big challenge.! Buh we thank God. we are pushing it.
